Chapter 1: A Rough Morning
Morning… it was what every person would like to see; a new day to start over again. There are things that make everyday unique: like your chores to the tribe, though you do it everyday, as an individual, you seem to make it unique by 'spicing' it up according to your standards. Yup, and I'm just one of the millions on Earth that enjoy a whole new day. But this particular morning, and the rest of the day, is just a bunch of crap… check it out…
I was happily lying on my bed, half awake. My consciousness returning slowly; I can feel the morning sun rise up from the horizon through my window. I can see the glimmer of light coming in my room, oh how I thought it was gonna be a happy day indeed, until…
"THEY'VE ANNOUNCED IT!!! THEY'VE ANNOUNCED IT!!!" A loud voice rings into my ear. I was utterly surprised that I jumped out of bed and, apparently, fell down. My wounds, from the fight I had two months ago, are nearly healed, but not 100%, so it's still quite painful. And yes, once I fell from that bed, it was like Thor smashed his hammer on my back. Oh how I curse that certain person who keeps on shouting the phrase 'They've announced it!'. I mean, what was announced, and who announced it? I wanted to ask him but I can't stand up yet for the pain swirls around my body from the fall.
As I lie down on the floor, the horrid shouting gets louder and louder until I hear the door of the house open. At first I thought it was Astrid, who apparently woke up earlier than me so I expected her to return with something like a basket of fish for breakfast or maybe just came from a morning jog around the village, but I soon became familiar with the voice; it was just Snotlout. Then, I hear footsteps coming from the stairs; is he actually coming up to my room?!?! Well, he better has an explanation for all that shouting he did.
"Hey, Aaron, guess what— Uh, why are you on the floor?" He told me as he saw me lying down on the floor.
"I fell down, isn't it obvious? It was your continuous shouting that made me fall from my bed. I was surprised." I told him; I wanted to punch him but, ya like I said, I can't move until the pain slowly fades away.
"So, what's all that about, Lout? What about the announcement?"
"Well—wait? You don't know?!?!" He said in a surprised manner. Should I be notified about this announcement earlier on?
"Oh man, you just don't get it do ya? The announcement was—" Suddenly, just as Lout was about to tell it to me, another loud voice rang on my ear. It was Tuffnut; he seems to be calling Lout for something.
"Hey, Lout, don't go hanging about on just one house! You still have the entire village to report of the news. Besides, you'll be helping us with all the setting of décor and stuff. GO!!!"
"Ya, be right down Tuff! Sorry, Ae, maybe later…" He hurriedly ran back to the stairs.
"Hey wait! OUCH!" I suddenly moved as I called him; I'm such a stooge! Oh, man… now I won't be able to know that announcement; nice timing, Tuff. And oh ya, Ae (pronounced as Ei) is what people call me often, like my nickname; just like how I call Snotlout: Lout, and Tuffnut: Tuff.
Anyway, I got up… finally… and looked out on the window as I see Lout still shouting that phrase; walking around and circling the village. I need to know what's about that announcement that got Lout in a mood I've never seen him have before. But first, I gotta answer a call… a stomach's call to be exact. I need to eat. To the food court… AWAY!!!

HTTYD: Reconquest.
For the life of her, Astrid couldn't remember the last time she'd felt this…lonely. It definitely wasn't the kind of merciless and terrible loneliness Hiccup used to endure for years. No. It was the bitter and sarcastic loneliness one could feel when something highly improbable and extremely unpleasant happened and when the only thought that came to mind seemed to be an existential question.
Why me?
Astrid sighed angrily for the umpteenth time that day, cursing the Gods under her breath as she tried at all costs to avoid looking at Snotlout – and failing epically- who was currently busy trying to make it clear that he really coul

HTTYD: Swimming
When Astrid had come looking for him earlier that day, Hiccup definitely had no idea he was going to end up on the beach, bare-chested and teeth clattering in protest whilst his girlfriend and the other teens were already busy swimming or dunking each other's heads. In retrospective, he knew he should have been way more reluctant to follow her when he'd noticed the way she and Gobber –out of all people- were exchanging mischievous and very much knowing glances. He would bet everything he had that the seasoned blacksmith had been perfectly aware of what was going to happen to his apprentice. Heck, he was sure Gobber was busy telling the

Time performed the oddest, most wonderful miracles on living creatures. The harsh snow that froze the unforgiving land could reflect white beauty for all to see, with constant sunlight illuminating winter grandeur. The most fearsome beasts, raging with teeth and spines, softened at their most vulnerable.
At the Dragon Egg Islands, as the Berkians called them, miracles happened year after year, in the dead of winter. The dragons would migrate to these warm spots in the cold ocean and have their babies, pushing the eggs into pools of boiling water. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, Dragon Trainer and Whisperer, would often accompany them on his d

Since my HTTYD fanfic sequel is two years from the original fanfic (in the stories), i thought of making a series of prequel fanfics of what happens to Aaron and the rest of Berk during these two years.
This one's about Hiccup and Astrid's wedding day. And as you can see, Aaron's in a little sticky situation.

.......? Who the dragon crap is Aaron? No offence. But seriously, who's Aaron? Is it YOUR name? Or just a character you made up?
